I bought my 2016 honda civic in June and I love it. Jimmy Tang was awesome! He was very knowledgable of all the cars I viewed. I didn't feel pressured like I had at other dealers. My pmts came out under budget wich means he was listening and took into consideration what I said I can afford.
I have bought 2 vehicles from Diamond Honda, one from there old location in Diamond Bar and just recently one from their new location in the City of Industry. I have shopped many Honda Dealerships prior to purchasing both vehicles and have never recieved such service and honesty in conducting business as I have receieved from Diamond Honda. Pricing was very competitive as others but the warm friendly service was unsurpass!!! I will always be a loyal customer and have referred my friends and family to this dealership.
I live quite far from Diamond Bar, I saw their advertisement in an auto trader mag. I called and they seem to be very rude when I asked what time they closed. After that I was completely turned off to go down there to check out their great add in auto trader for a Magnum! They some how forwarded my call to the finance dept. where I spoke to someone who sounded very nice and made me rethink about NOT checking out what they had to offer.
