Two words. SCAM ARTISTS. Mr Frank Gonzales will do everything to get personal information including asking for your Credit karma login information. Do yourself a favor and let these people go under.
Do not use this agency, specifically the broker/ owner. IF I COULD GIVE NEGATVE STARS I WOULD, BUT YOU NEED TO PUT AT LEAST ONE STAR IN ORDER TO POST!!! She says she will advertise your home with professional photographs and a drone for Ariel views... She uses her cell phone ( in my case, my cell phone photos). She constantly makes excuses why she cannot make it to show your home..You have to do all the leg work to schedule your C/O inspection and pay for it.
