We have suffered through a few so-called elevator companies and after what seemed like endless (fake) excuses, more billable hours, and delays I finally found DIAMOND! Happy? You bet. The ENTIRE Diamond team from Barbara, to Melissa, to Scott Jr are simply superb! Good people! Professional! Thoughtful! And proud of the their work -- it shows in everything they do. A very bizarre interaction with the person who answers the phone, Jennifer over 2 days. I am a retired physician with over 35 years of experience building homes and I called for help and guidance to install the next elevator in my own house I will be building. Jennifer was very unhelpful and cold in all her answers. She said I need to look up Savaria elevators online and choose from there. So I did.
