Our six-month maintenance service was scheduled for yesterday and the Diamond Technician,Frank arrived on time. He did a very thorough review of the elevator and explained what needed to be done. In addition, he cleaned the elevator cab and the elevator shaft space. As seniors, we use our elevator many times everyday and appreciate the professional maintenance service we receive from Frank.
If there were 10 STARS, Diamond Elevator would receive them from me! We have suffered through a few so-called elevator companies and after what seemed like endless (fake) excuses, more billable hours, and delays I finally found DIAMOND! Happy? You bet. The ENTIRE Diamond team from Barbara, to Melissa, to Scott Jr are simply superb! Good people! Professional! Thoughtful! And proud of the their work -- it shows in everything they do.
