A very bizarre interaction with the person who answers the phone, Jennifer over 2 days. I am a retired physician with over 35 years of experience building homes and I called for help and guidance to install the next elevator in my own house I will be building. Jennifer was very unhelpful and cold in all her answers. She said I need to look up Savaria elevators online and choose from there. So I did.
