Our service technician arrived on time and was very polite and helpful. This was our first service after installing the elevator last year, and we were very happy with it.
The serviceman was excellent
Our six-month maintenance service was scheduled for yesterday and the Diamond Technician,Frank arrived on time. He did a very thorough review of the elevator and explained what needed to be done. In addition, he cleaned the elevator cab and the elevator shaft space. As seniors, we use our elevator many times everyday and appreciate the professional maintenance service we receive from Frank.
