Horrible professionalism and customer service. Had an appointment confirmed. Did not show. Claiming an address was needed. provided an address. Still did not attend. Had to call them to confirm whether appointment was still on 2 hours after confirmed appointment. Noted did not have an address. Do not recommend for service.

Diamond Heating & Air is a lifesaver! When my AC went out on a scorching day, they were at my house within an hour. Their technician was friendly, knowledgeable, and fixed the issue quickly. I couldn't be happier with their fast and efficient service!

Im a repeat customer. Diamond is still doing a great and fabulous job. To all I would recommend. If you have trouble with your Air conditioning and heat, this is the company to call. Breon and Brandon are fabulous and trustworthy workers and I will always use them.
