Fired so many people with good experience who worked there for 10 years or more and didn’t give a good reason they were very good at their job and they kept the lazy people after they fired people who worked well their work became sloppy and not as good as before
I worked for the Rockford DHT location and there's about 10 employees that work on the shop floor for day shift and most of them are hard working great people. The office management, and the S&R employee are the worst people I've dealt with for a long time. I was paired with someone to train who avoided me at all costs and seemed to hate my presence in the department.
