Dr. Avila is wonderful! She is incredibly thorough, kind, attentive, and always quick to respond whenever I have a question or concern. She truly takes the time to listen and makes you feel comfortable and cared for. I never feel rushed, and I really appreciate how accessible and responsive she is. I’m so grateful to have found her and Diamond Health. Highly recommend!
I’ve had such a great experience with Dr. Avila and am very happy I made the decision to work with her. *Updated Response after speaking w/ Dr. James (CEO)* WARNING - After being a member at Diamond Health for 2+ years I am disappointed to say that there has been a significant decline in both service quality and professionalism. Diamond was great when the primary doctor was Dr. Tran Thanh. She was amazing and I am not surprised that she went back to being a professor. Unfortunately her replacement does not come close. Between a constantly shifting schedule and a lot of travel, traditional healthcare was a nightmare to navigate. Diamond Health completely changed that. A quick text and I have answers, appointments, or whatever I need, wherever I am. They actually know me and make my health the easiest part of my life instead of the hardest. I have been a patient for 4 years. In the past 2 years I have been under the care of Doctor Ahmed. Dr. Ahmed is exceptional.
