I was pleased with the helpful support I received from the Operations Manager, Ryan Paul. He always responded to my emails promptly and did his best to accommodate my requests.
When my mother's house needed new windows there was only 1 place to call - Diamond Head Windows. They installed my windows about 2 years ago, and it was an awesome experience. It was a pleasure working with Ryan again and the installation team, led by Stan was outstanding. Very respectful, thorough, and helpful. All the debris was cleaned up afterwards. From our first visit to the showroom and talking with Brendon we were sold. Brendon answered all our questions and helped with our association paperwork which was a challenge. Installation day: Jacob, Shane, Keoni & Jr were great! So efficient on how they work, they truly are a team. Jacob the project Sup did a great job of answering questions and directing his team. Also all of them are very respectful to myself & my husband - GREAT TEAM!!!
