I just recently had some defective jalousies replaced and both my cat and I are so happy with the upgrade. Everyone i met or talked to was super professional and knowledgeable. I def plan to work with them in the future since my other windows and doors will need replacing eventually. The custom door arrived earlier than expected and they have a lifetime warranty as well.
A nightmare. They cut out the supporting beams in the window frames and didn’t mention this could impact the structure of our home. After installation of the windows we have experienced a lot of cracking on our walls. Contacted them begging for someone to come check it out and they suggest we put in a request that will be “reviewed” in two weeks!!!! This is a super urgent issue and needs to be addressed asap but they have no sense of urgency. Their lack of interest to address a safety issue that they caused says a lot about ... read more
I would like to share my experience with Diamond Head Windows & Doors! They just installed brand 15 new windows and 2 lanai doors in my home, and I’m so stoked with how everything turned out! Diamond Head deserves less than 1 star. I’m writing this review as a renter, not at the landlord’s request. Diamond Head installed the dual Crimsafe screen doors in 2023. My first impression was that the doors felt flimsy, and the lock looked cheap. At $5,000 plus, I thought the unit should have been more solid. The problems started almost immediately when the door wouldn’t lock. When the workers finally got the lock to work, we ended up being locked inside and had to leave through the garage.
