Paid for an onsite estimate and provided detailed documentation of the work to be done. Agreed to the estimate, which included 2 days of work. Was not presented with an invoice until the end of the 2nd day, at which less than 10% of the work had been completed, and the amount had ballooned to 1.5x the estimate. No approval for work beyond the estimate had been given.
