okay if you dont have pets They do not allow pets, and are rather close to college street. This makes for a noisy neighborhood. They do have 2 pools, and a basketball/tennis court. Some of the units have a fireplace inside. Overal a decent deal, but I prefer not to live there anymore due to noisy neighbors. PROS: fireplaces CONS: no pets
