The technician that cleaned the dryer vent and duct, Jack was very kind and knowledgeable. Additionally, he clarified that the type of vent cover we had outside was susceptible to animal intrusion. I allowed him to replace it with one that keeps animals out because we'd already had a bad encounter with a groundhog.
