Dealt with Mike on an engagement ring, he was an absolute stud. I had no idea what I was doing and he was incredibly patient with me. I never once felt pressured or as if I was dealing with someone that was trying to ‘sell’ me. He sent off a design, came back within a week and was exactly what I pictured. Leslie Jones did a fantastic job keeping my ring within my price range while giving me more than i could have hoped for, truly. Great experience, Leslie was completely focused on me and my wants. I can not recommend Giana and the Diamond Guild enough! My fiance and I designed my custom engagement ring together with the help and expertise of Giana. The private appointments make the experience so much more special than a traditional jeweler. Giana was knowledgable, patient, accommodating and never once pressured us into any decisions. She spent numerous hours with us making sure every single detail was perfect! I get endless compliments on my ring and will never go anywhere else for any jewelry need!

We knew we wanted to shop with a local jeweler for our engagement ring. In a very unassuming location, the service and quality is stellar. Leslie was an absolute delight to work with and did a great job of keeping us updated on timelines. She did not try to force us past our budget and spent a lot of time checking to see what style my fiancée really wanted.
