Our first time here last night and we loved it! My father practiced at Akron City/St. Thomas for 30 years and always raved about it! He was right! We both got fish, impressive portions.
We will be in on a Monday..... I will call... I worked with Richard Thomas and hostessed the Winner's Club at said "unidentified location" We will be there in the next two weeks.... Hopefully Larry Horner will be able to join us. And I would love it if Vicki Frazer could too.....

One of if not the best steak i've ever had in my life. The restaurant has class and history that is unmatched at any other steakhouse around.
I'm from North Hill but live in South Carolina currently. My husband and I only come home once or twice a year but we always make a point to eat at The Diamond Grille. I've lived in many different cities and have eaten at many great places, but this one is by far my favorite restaurant in the United States. Thanks!

Took my wife to a classic / vintage location in Akron. I personally have not been to dine that the establishment for 20 plus years but been meaning to take my wife for over a year now. Wow brought back memories. The retro look I missed was all I remembered. The minute we walked in, the cocktail we had at the bar to the experience of dining. What a treat and great staff at the Diamond grille. The shrimp cocktail was amazing and the biggest shrimp my wife had ever seen. Wonderful food and excellent service. Lobster tail and scampis were fabulous. My father, a "steak connoisseur," had his steak prepared perfectly. One of our favorite places to go to.
The Diamond Grille, WoW where do I begin...Diamond salad is wonderful, salmon, perch, scallops I love. The shrimp you will crave. The steak is best in this area and most areas. Teddy's summer salad will knock your socks off. Service is always wonderful. Go and Enjoy! Rhonda Albaugh
