Laura was such a help. She explained what needed to be done to repair my ring and her price was extremely reasonable. There was a small issue while they were repairing it, she called and asked me to come in so I could see what needed to be done and approve it. This was at no extra charge to me. Very pleased and will definitely be going back to get some custom work done. Thanks again Laura!

I found an item I have been looking for for a long time and wasn't able to make it to the store in person. I called and spoke to Laura and it was like talking to a long lost friend. She was so friendly and helpful. She was able to ship the item to me and I received it today and love it! Thank you again! Will happily buy from in the future.
