Not my top choice, but it's convenient and usually not busy. Some training and supervision would go a long way. The only thing I expect from the staff members is to clean the parts of the vehicle that their machines won't get to. In the past, it didn't appear that was covered in training or that a supervisor would occasionally supervise their work. More recently older men have been working. Customer service is not the greatest. The guys working there are not friendly period. I used to like going to this care wash but not anymore. Fix your customer service and maybe I’ll come back as of for now I will not be returning after today.
I feel like the car wash has gone down hill and not what it used to be. The blowers don't do a very good job anymore. Might consider a different car wash
I just had an amazing experience at this car wash. The two gentlemen working took their time and really went above and beyond — they pressure‑washed all the snow and ice out of the cowl, cleared out the packed “snow poop” around my tires and underneath my vehicle, and even brushed down the entire back end to make sure it was spotless.
