I contacted Diamond Glass regarding a foggy sliding glass door on March 31st. Four days later a technician (Chris Vasta) called me and set an appointment to come out. He came out 4/8 and advised the seal was bad that we needed a new slider or I could just deal with the foggy window. I asked him to send me an estimate and he said he would get it to me the following day. Nine days later on 4/17, I finally received my estimate.
