I have to give Diamond Glass and Kristi a 5 star shout out. I needed some bug pads (fuzzy pads) for some gaps in my sliding patio doors and searched the web for 2 days this week trying to find some to order. After almost giving up, I went on to Diamond Glass's website (my original installer) to see if I could find some there. I couldn't but decided to use their web page to ask the question. I can’t express how great of an experience I had with Diamond glass. Everyone was so professional from scheduling with Kristy, the estimation appointment, all the way to the installation. It was quick, easy and very reasonably priced. I even had a scheduling conflict last minute and Kristy accommodated my schedule.🥹 I am SO impressed and highly recommend to all! I contacted Diamond Glass regarding a foggy sliding glass door on March 31st. Four days later a technician (Chris Vasta) called me and set an appointment to come out. He came out 4/8 and advised the seal was bad that we needed a new slider or I could just deal with the foggy window. I asked him to send me an estimate and he said he would get it to me the following day. Nine days later on 4/17, I finally received my estimate.
