ORST COMPANY EVER! If I could give 0 stars, I would. This is by far the worst company I have ever dealt with. I was given two appointments, on the same day, where a technician failed to show up. There was NO communication that or updates provided and when I called, I was informed that NO technicians ever assigned or available!? Therefore, I have NO idea why they are scheduling appointments when they DO NOT have the staff to fulfill in the first place.
