They’re a bunch of liars. They give you an appointment, and then they claim they couldn't get the product ready on time. Thirty trucks arrived after me, and absolutely every single one of them has already loaded up. I will never come back to this place again—neither me nor any of my trucks. This is the last time; they can keep their shitty product.
This is already the second time I’ve had to loading here, and the shipper is also late with sending out the load for the scheduled appointment time. I still had about three hours left to drive, and they took away the remaining time I had. I don’t understand how it’s acceptable that they can’t load trucks at the scheduled appointment time and keep wasting our driving hours. This delays us and affects our legal hours of service
Polite folks, quick loading, scale available. 5 years later, nothing changed!
