I’ve really enjoyed my experience here. The office staff is very professional, and always makes you feel welcome when you stop by or reach out. I also find that maintenance is quick to respond and does a great job fixing things promptly. It’s reassuring to live somewhere where both the office and maintenance teams are reliable and approachable
Apartment searching- was interested in booking a tour until i saw how the owner/manager responds to constructive criticism and feedback from tenants. The owner threatens to submit google reviews to the police lol - as if that will make the people retract their statements. I wouldn’t want to live here solely due to foreshadow of the management and their passive aggressiveness, rather than responding that the issues are fixed.
I really enjoy living at Diamond Forest Apartments. The apartments are spacious and modern, and the grounds are always well maintained. The staff is friendly and helpful. The location is also super convenient, which has it a great place to live overall.
