My name is Regina, I viewed an apartment at Diamond Forest on 5-30-2025. Rita and Madison were very helpful. The apartments are spacious and has laundry units within the apartment, which is very important to me. The grounds are very clean and the area is safe. I paid the deposit and admin fees on June 2, 2025. I am moving from out-of-state back to Michigan. My husband was not in town to view the unit with me. Moving in/locating a unit- Rita in the leasing office was such a delight to work with. She knew we needed to move quickly and was fantastic with setting things up for us and moving swiftly. No gimmicks to moving, communicated needed information clearly, I’m very appreciative of her! Living- Nothing bad to report. The leasing office did a good job holding residents accountable for ensuring clean spaces for everyone to coexist. Wasn’t too noisy except on occasion, but nothing out of the norm. We have lived at Diamond Forest for 2 years and are now moving to a larger unit in the complex for a third. The staff here is truly excellent, all of our maintenance requests have been responded to with efficiency and care, and they are always friendly even when we see them around the complex. Leasing/office staff has always been respectful, responsive, and timely in responding to our questions and helping us with concerns.
