This place goes out of their way to make sure the customer is satisfied. Adrian the service advisor went above and beyond to make sure my vehicle was fixed right. Good people!
Don't even bother..... rude people here all the time. They'll tell you that the time of your appointment was wrong if you did it online. Do they even understand how hard it is for hard working people to make time to get yet another thing off of their own to-do list. I'm not sure who is at fault for whatever happened in my scenario but I do know that I don't have the time to deal with rude, rushed people that WILL NOT be doing a quality thorough job on my vehicle.
I am dropping my original 5-star review down to 1 star. Brian Miller is still the best salesperson — honest, reasonable, and truly cares about customers. However, the dealership itself has gone downhill under the new General Manager, Chance Corbett. Unlike the previous GM, Gus, who was trustworthy and customer-focused, Chance Corbett is dishonest and dismissive. I purchased two vehicles here, each around $90,000.
