I would like to update my review below, as I am unable to delete it: I am glad that we chose diamond flooring. After installing our floors, there were a few areas that we weren't happy with. The customer service was WONDERFUL and OJ went out of his way to make sure we were happy with our floors, which included putting in some extra hard work and labor.
