I've been dealing with Richard and he was so patient and helpful and explained everything to me. He suggested I get samples to really see the differences in colors and shapes. They were shipped immediately and I received the samples the next day. I ordered through Brian and it again arrived so quickly. I'm soo happy with the finished product! Love love love it! I even recommended it to my fireplace guy!
