Very disappointed for the 3rd time! We’re done!
RecommendedNormally, my service is great but today the customer service was horrible! My SUV wasn’t cleaned at all in the back which is one of the main reasons, I can today. I tipped for what. I paid for services that wasn’t even completed!
I payed 27.39 which is right under the most expensive wash inside and out. The two young men rushed the job and didn’t dry off my car then I went to tell the manager and was told that they were too busy to handle my issue. They’re usually really good about cleaning the cars I’ve taken up there but I’ve came across a lazy shift and I’m highly upset about the service.
owner accused me of something & when I tried to talk to him like a man he didn't care about what I had to say... his story changed 3x.. I was a loyal customer for 5 years.... Great staff crappy owner!!!!! 😡😡😡😡😡

I’ve been coming here for five years with two trucks that are basically identical and today they refuse me service because of a trailer hitch that was frozen and I couldn’t get off and then I asked them to do just the interior and the manager told me no we don’t just do the interior when I’ve had just the interior done there before I will not be going back to this place ever again you lost a Long-time customer
