Had Diamond come out to repair our GE Advantium oven - a glorified $2,700 microwave. What were we thinking in the first place? After several trips and nearly $800 the Advantium worked... for approximately 135 days - 45 days out of the repair warranty! It died a second time just like the first. The scheduler said we needed to schedule a repair to look at the dead unit, but that parts were warrantied for a year. I agreed and scheduled an appointment. Tracy was exceptional. He took time to make sure everything was working properly before leaving. Because he didn't 'run out the door', he discovered another issue that needed to be addressed. Had he not taken the time, another service call would have been necessary. Will definitely call this company again if/when I need service.
