Found my perfect wedding band and sized it and had it done in one day. Went in and found some watches and made my first watch purchased. Great store with amazing pieces! Amazing staff and very helpful!!! Will definitely come back.
Came in uncertain if they were going to be able to find an addition link for my fathers aged watch. The guys were able to fix the band without any problem. Noticed an issue with the battery in how it was last repaired many years ago and also were able to get a new battery inserted and made a minor adjustment to secure the placement of the battery as well. I was greeted with a smile and great service and I left sharing life achievements with them. Would recommend Diamond Express to anyone and everyone. Thank you guys!
