When selling jewelry, I always obtain at least three offers so I can make an informed comparison. This establishment was the second place I visited. Unfortunately, the gentleman I interacted with was extremely condescending . The conversation I had with him was odd he explained that he was a certified diamond expert , I am unsure of why he said this as I had not ask about his training or credentials . Wonderful experience at the location. One of the guys there named Justin was very helpful and friendly with assisting me with a ring I have purchased from them.
