Great experience! I researched metal values before I came. I also checked out the reviews for this location and noticed a common name for great service, Justin. Well now I know why. I arrived shortly before closing and never felt rushed. The entire process was easy and Justin was great answering all of my questions. Even after we concluded our business he continued to answer my questions on other possible sales and purchases. Thanks so much. 10/10
Justin is very pleasant, professional and easy to work with. And, most importantly, he offered me 251% more than one jewelry store in the Columbia Mall and 358% more than another in the mall!!!! I won’t even bother getting an appraisal from anyone else in the future.
