I have been going to Diamond Exchange for years. Recently, I took two Citizen Eco-Drive watches in to have the power cells replaced. I also had the crystal on one of the watches replaced. I was charged only for the cost of the poser cells and the crystal. They cleaned and polished the watches to like new condition.
