Diamond Events in Vegas was great to work with. Everything felt smooth and well handled, and I never had to stress about things getting missed. They stayed on top of everything, kept things moving, and clearly knew what they were doing. The whole process just felt easy. I’d use them again without hesitation.
I'm giving this caterer five stars because of his professionalism and ability to work at the last minute. A friend of mine hired him to cater an event. I had a very good meat lovers breakfast burrito and tuna salad sandwich. I must caution you some of the vegetarian options are a little bit outside the box. Be very specific about exactly what you want him to do and he will definitely be able to do that for you.
Recently had a daily catered breakfast by Diamond at a 3 day weekend event. Gotta say I loved the burritos! They had meat lover, egg, and vegan options available. I'd be happy to receive food service from them again.
I attended an event catered by Diamond Events Catering. Chef Maurice and his co chef were professional, engaging. The food was phenomenal! They prepared a pasta bar made to order. The variety of selection items made my mouth water. Watching chef Maurice and his team preparing the pasta dishes quite entertaining. I will definitely hire them for my upcoming event.
Maurice and his team are the absolute best caterers in Las Vegas. Consistently delicious food and exceptional customer service! His food makes any event shine! For weddings, professional events, and more, Diamond Events has been my go-to for over 20 years.
