PLEASE PLEASE DONT USE THIS COMPANYS SERVICES FOR FOOD. I hired chef Maurice and his team for my wedding with 70 people for march 8 2025. The food was store bought, cold, and flavorless. I got the chicken cordon blue and it was the same exact kind you can buy at Costco. The “Italian green beans” were out of a can. The prime rib was a chuck roast. Maurice was very professional and kind during the process so when I brought my complaints to him afterwards he lied and said everything was hand made and refused me a partial refund... read more
Awesome experience from the best catering and event planning company I have ever used
Chef Maurice and his team provided an amazing holiday meal for the AV Vegas holiday party. Everyone was so happy with the selection and the amazing service. The flavors were perfect and the pot roast was "melt in you mouth" delicious. Thank you Diamond Events for making our annual holiday party so successful! We will definitely use you again in the future!
