Chef Maurice and his team provided an amazing holiday meal for the AV Vegas holiday party. Everyone was so happy with the selection and the amazing service. The flavors were perfect and the pot roast was "melt in you mouth" delicious. Thank you Diamond Events for making our annual holiday party so successful! Hired Diamond Events to cater my daughter's birthday party and was so impressed I used them again for my son's graduationn. Food was excellent, service staff was polite and professional and the Chef worked closely with my wife and I to create custom menus and really memorable experiences. They also offer photo and video services as well as musical entertainment. My wife and I used the photography and video package and it was great too.
