Update 7/31 I left a poor review based on an experience I had. I received a call from Don Sims within an hour of leaving the review. After reviewing the situation and speaking to me he sorted all my issues. Not only that but apologized for the issues I had and took responsibility. Completely renewed my faith in the company!

We had to switch from a different company do to poor equipment conditions and service to Diamond and has been a pleasure dealing with. They handle any need and issue almost immediately and the service is outstanding hope they continue to keep up with us, our needs and demands. Great job Diamond environmental and thank you. Called to get a charge refunded because we were charged post cancellation. (This is the second jobsite we've had this happen with) Customer service rep - Linda- was unable to pull up account information with multiple points of reference given, was very rude/condescending and kept trying to get off the phone. Terrible customer service from this woman. I called back less than 3minutes later and spoke to April *kudos to her*, who was easily able to pull up my account and get the issue fixed. I'm extremely dissatisfied with the service I received from Diamond Environmental. Despite notifying them before my lease expiration that I wouldn't be renewing, they failed to retrieve their fence after multiple requests. I contacted them via phone, not once but twice, and also sent a follow-up email, yet the fence remains on my property. The lack of communication and follow-through is appalling.
