trying to reach them for weeks. still waiting on my wifi garage door opener (which you can get in stock anywhere) since they installed the wrong one weeks ago. they claim they aren't receiving them due to covid. HAHA. but everyone else has them
terrible at calling people back
My sensor for my garage door failed this week from the cold weather. Diamond Doors had the part in stock and were very friendly and helpful. To top it off I received a card in the mail thanking me for my business. You wouldn’t get that from Lowe’s or Home Depot. I plan on giving them more business in the future.
Great company, dealing with Joe is always pleasant. He takes good care of people and cares about his reputation and living up to it.
