I clearly said multiple times (in English and Spanish) that I have natural hair and did NOT want any chemicals. The next day my scalp was itching badly, and when I washed my hair, my texture was looser and I could literally smell chemicals. On top of that, I was overcharged. My silk press was raised to $80 because my hair is “thick,” and my trim went from $25 to $30 with no explanation. Very disappointing. If you’re natural, be careful.
They do good work, but they definitely have a straightening agent in their products. My hair is curly and straight and now I'm trying to fix what was messed up...smh
