Took my anklet here to get fixed and it broke the day I got it back. Took it back and told them that it broke after their repair just for them to attempt to repair it again and it to break again. They’re very overpriced, wasted $65 to still have a broken anklet. They don’t have good communication skills, they continuously said they were going to reach out and contact me about my anklet and never did.
If you go to four seasons make sure you avoid this place!!!!! They will tell you anything to sale!!!! One of the young ladies convinced me to purchase this by lowering the price and offering fast sizing only to charge me $120 for resizing after I had already purchased they don’t offer refunds so they make sure to you purchase before the catch comes ins. No where on this does it say I have a remaining balance.
Nice customer relationship...For this Christmas I bought a gold chain and a pendant for my girlfriend..she really liked it ...Thanks to loving Samu and Diamond district mike
They are garbage and will tell you anything to sale you jewelry. The young lady that sold me admitted she lied when i went back. They can never get my business again!
