They have always taken care of my F350, and when I bought a small car to daily drive around town I noticed it had swirls over the entire vehicle. I did not receive the service I expected, clear expectations were set on the interior of my car, tan seats, stained from two kids, etc. What I paid was not worth the service, was willing to pay for the 3rd hour had the service gone as expected. What's more upsetting is I received a call saying my cleaning would be rescheduled, there wasn't any stains they had not been able to remove, free car wash, etc. Appointment was cancelled by text message and no explanation after repeated attempts.
