The other one star rating is REAL!!! I wish I believed it before my first visit. After exam the receptionist told me they don’t have time to do the cleaning that is covered by insurance. She can only schedule it over a month out. BUT they have time to do 5+ fillings for $500+ on the same visit. This upsell is not covered by insurance!!! I agree with the others that the receptionist is rude, because when I declined the $500+ service, she went off saying how my teeth may rot and will require root canal…I felt intimidated. I’ve had a surreal experience of the worst kind with Dr. Alina Gad and her apparently infamously rude receptionist, as per prior reviews. I presented to Dr. Gad’s office with a fractured tooth that had razor sharp edges causing significant pain and cuts to my tongue, making it extremely difficult to eat and speak. I even had a cut on my finger from touching the tooth. After X-rays were taken, Dr. Gad examined my tooth very briefly and informed me that I would need a crown. I’ve had a surreal experience of the worst kind with Dr. Alina Gad and her apparently infamous bulldog receptionist, as per prior reviews. I presented in great pain with a broken tooth, as the way it was broken, it was so sharp that it had cut my tongue in multiple places, making me unable to eat or properly speak. Dr. Gad was with me for a max of 1 minute, saying that I need a crown and then disappeared.
