I will never go back to this place again. After much contemplation, I have decided to write this review. I had a substantial amount of dental work done at this office. The dentist who worked on my teeth seemed very friendly at first, but I noticed that when I came in to get my teeth adjusted for the work that he had done, he was no longer friendly. Great Office! I have been a patient in this practice for a little over a year. I feel like I have to write a review because I had a completely different experience from the other reviewers. I went in with a broken tooth. I called and the girl who answered the phone was nice and got me in the same day. The dentist saw me quickly and did a root canal and crown that same day. Poor service My husband and I have both used this office with some satisfaction until recently. Twice they rescheduled my husbands appointment for a cleaning which is a major inconvenience with his work schedule. when he showed up at their convenience he was told the hygienist had already left. They continually try to up sell procedures and seem out to get all the money they can. We will not be returning.
Horrible Service I went to this dentist a week ago. It was a horrible visit. They worked on my teeth. Then they put on temp caps. Mind you they have signs all over the office that says permeant cap/crowns in just minutes. Boy that is a huge lie! I have never in my life felt pain like this. Diamond Dental Diamond Dental was not the experience I expected. I went there for a simple exam,cleaning,and X-ray covered by my insurance. Instead of welcoming me as a new patient and saying come on in, what can we do for you today as a person and new patient, they said we cannot verify your insurance. I had already signed a consent form which to me means that I would pay any expenses that insurance would not cover. No ethics, no integrity! I went in for a routine exam and cleaning. I had a VERY SMALL cavity on one of my molars, a molar, per Dr. Ransdell, that just needed to be "cleaned up", and a silver filling on a third molar that I was told should be replaced. I was given the option of composite fillings or porcelain. There was no mention whatsoever of crowns or onlays. I had no idea the majority of healthy dental structure would be drilled away.
