Horrible experience. Came in last month with a friend who was also shopping for engagement rings . ( I admit I was a walk in and did not make an appointment) but still we both wanted to try on engagement rings . We were quickly rushed by the salesperson . Acting like we were not Serious Shoppers. Overall the staff made us feel so uncomfortable and made it obvious they were not interested in helping us . Definitely will not be getting our rings from here . It’s a long story but to shorten it, Sandy my sales rep took a “refundable” deposit. When we decided to buy elsewhere, we asked for it back. After some delayed communication, she finally said they would send the deposit by etransfer which would take 7 business days. 3 weeks later. Nothing. I emailed her and got no response. So I went through customer service and they directed my email to Sandy. She sent me a etransfer authorization form that they need completed for all etransfer. Went to Diamonddeals told them my budget is $3000 but they basically had no stock within my budget and than to add insult the sales rep kept helping another couple who walked in ( I could tell the other couple had a much larger budget from their clothes ) Sorry Diamonddeals if my budget is to small !!! Will take my business elsewhere where I am appreciated
