Stole our money! Do not use them. Jamel Ruiz took our money and ran. Not sure how they have positive reviews but that was not our experience.
Scammed out of thousands-- do not use their services! I have never been so disappointed by a business in my entire life. I gave them a deposit for painting and carpentry work. They started the work, worked for a week or two, and then left mid project with zero communication. Didn't answer my calls for months. Never finished carpentry work. Never started painting. Never returned deposit. Still not responding to communication and stole thousands of dollars, leaving us in an incredibly difficult financial situation.
We were really excited to work with them on a large project. We gave them a deposit for the work. They came 3 times, then stopped coming they said due to weather, which is reasonable. But the weather cleared up, but they have not come back to work or answered our calls or emails in over 2 months. They ghosted us and left their ladders and tarps and trash blocking the parking lot.
Diamond Cut Painting is a top notch painting company. I have a huge two family house and I feel that my house is the best looking house on my street. The colors are brilliant (deep blue with yellow doors) and the cuts are clean. They replaced all the rotted clap boards and completed the job efficiently. The company was willing to assist with some carpentry work on the porch as the house is old and the wood needs to be replaced. This will be completed when the weather warms up. The price was fair and the crew was very professional and responsive to questions or requests. Perfection when it came to filling holes, repairing cracks and painting. I would recommend Diamond Cut Painting to anyone and everyone!!! Diamond Cut Painting did such a great job painting our house!
