Tony does great work, however he and Trese don't communicate well. They are always quick to apologize about taking weeks to return calls, and explain not showing on scheduled days because of rain, etc. However they don't communicate any of that when it's happening. We are told to call to schedule, but they don't return calls. Unfortunately what has led us to officially discontinue the sporadic service and write this review, is this last no-show.
