I've been working with the folks at Diamond Concrete for awhile as a vendor and they are extremely easy to do business with and all very accommodating and friendly.
Diamond Concrete Sawing was most flexible and accommodating. I needed a hole cut in the basement wall for a new egress window. They - through numerous calls for information - were very understanding and knowledgeable. When the tech arrived, he was even better at communicating and executing the effort. He explained all the options and techniques he would utilize. He warned us of the potential mess that this intense effort would cause and offered to provide any shielding we would need. They cut out an egress window in cement foundation. One of the most efficient transactions I've had with a contractor. Emailed asking for quote on Wed morning. They came out Friday afternoon and the job was done. Pricing was fair and quality was good.
