I had a wonderful experience with this amazing lady Mitra jan she made me feel welcome and valued. She was knowledgeable, patient, and took the time to explain the different types of diamonds I never felt rushed or pressured to buy. I found the perfect engagement ring, and it was even more beautiful than I imagined. Highly recommend this store to anyone looking for quality diamonds and excellent customer service. I’ll definitely be coming back .
I walked in looking for rings for my fiancé. Man at the counter asked if I'm looking for rings for myself - my fiancé and I told him no, that we just got a ring for me (literally an hour ago from Elite Jewelers) and that we were just looking for men's rings. He proceeds to tell me that my new ring has poor quality diamonds. I did not ask for his opinion, nor did he give more than 2 seconds to view it before insulting it. Walked in with my fiancé, 20 seconds in a man approaches and asks to see the rings on her finger, immediately (and incorrectly) tells us the diamonds on them are poor quality. We walked out moments later, only thing poor quality here was the attitude of the workers. Did not ask and had already expressed that we were there for men’s rings.
They were able to resize a ring for me for an excellent price
