I brought couple jewelry there for my daugher the jewelry broke told use we used a lot all sale final. When daughter didn't used when's she brought it. I had a jewelry set on lay away when inventory came put it back told me i need ti rebuy back.state only credit can be issued back when I paid cash and I want my full money in return. Went down to talk to manager went on vacation. I had make payment still put my jewelry back. Does the saying I hear all the time customer always rights!

very irritated with this ! just bought a ring today from diamond co , everything looked great ! but on my way home as i was looking at it more , the ring had scratches on it and a little chip ! i am ANNOYED !

The service at The Diamond Company was excellent. Both Kai and Alma took the time to show me different chains and answer all my questions. They were polite and friendly without any high pressure sales tactics. I was able to find the perfect chain with their help. Mahalo!
