We have used Todd's carpet cleaning services for 30+ years...until today. He finally showed up at our door 2 hours late with the lame excuse that since we were his last customer, he couldn't determine his arrival time. No apology...just a phone call 20 minutes before his arrival, saying he was on his way. He was unwilling to fit us in the next morning as our entire house was upended in anticipation of his cleaning services. Good-bye Todd and no more positive reviews from us!
