Posted from my mum's account because I'm 13 and don't have my own! I started pole at Diamond Class when I was 11. Two years later I'm still going — honestly the longest I've ever stuck with any sport. I used to try things and quit pretty quickly. This is the only one I actually want to keep coming back for. I train alongside other teens, twenty-somethings, mums in their 30s and 40s, and women in their 50s (like my mum!), and nobody is treated as too young, too old, too new, or too anything.
