Diamond City Bread is the best bread ever. They also make my favorite bran muffins and delicious potica bread.
I bought three loaves of bread for my mother at the Buffalo Farmers Market today. Just got off the phone with her and she said, "next time, I'm buying one loaf of each kind, some of the best bread I've ever had." I totally agree. You can taste all the love Garette puts into every loaf he bakes. Now, to have to wait till the next farmers market.
I love the cranberry pecan bread. I live a distance away in ND, so when my friends are driving up, I ask them to bring me several loaves..
The bread and staff are amazing. After years or research and improved health with gluten free eating, I suspected that yeast may be a bigger issue for my body than the actual gluten. I feel great and can't tell you how much I enjoy being able to eat their non-yeasted sour dough with simple, fresh ingredients. All "gluten sensitive" family members are enjoying sandwiches, french toast, and boiler "pizzas" again with no digestive issues.
Diamond City Bread is wonderful. I woild highly recommend them �
