Never buy jewelry from a place where they don't keep your records they expect a paper receipt written with pen to last forever. Do your self a favor walk around the corner and go to Artesians fine jewelry better service better quality. They crazy part about this is I purchased some ear rings from there less then a year the stem breaks they wanted a receipt which is now faded so they won't warranty my purchase.
