I called Thursday midday about getting a brake job on my Cadillac Escalade. I gave the service advisor my VIN, year, make, and model, and was told they had the parts and equipment in stock. Based on that information, I drove nearly 50 minutes to the dealership. They couldn’t provide a loaner vehicle, so I had to arrange for someone else to spend another hour driving to pick me up. Not only do they take forever on the services on my vehicle, they do not communicate with you during the time they have your vehicle. They had my vehicle for over two weeks and did not have any rentals available. Everytime I call it is impossible to get a hold of anyone. The workers are very rude! Worst service I've ever had at a dealership.

Go to the next dealer for repair or maintenance. Spent over a thousand of dollars for maintanince and alway have to bring the truck bake in within weeks for stuff they screw up. Then they charge you again. They did not change fuel filter..... Bad people bad dealership. T
