Its hard to get ahold of anyone at this dealership. I cancelled my extended warranty since the car was paid in full and i requested a cancellation to get a refund with my warranty. No luck with getting calls returned for weeks Then they finally picked up to tell me it takes 6 weeks to process and its been cancelled . but after numerous emails to the business dept. nobody responds when all i want is my refund check and a timeline. Worst customer service ever. I will never buy a auto from them again. Recall on 6.2L engine failure and i was treated like shit. Worst service department ever!!!!

Horrible experience. I picked out my car online and specifically asked the associate to point out any scratches or dents. He showed me a couple minor scratches, which I agreed to. They delivered the car to my house four hours away, and when it arrived there was a huge dent under the door panel that was never disclosed.
