Great service and they were very nice and quick
Tom was amazing from start to finish. The finance manager, Dom I believe, was amazing as well. Love my GMC pick up, and will go nowhere else in the future than Diamond.
Brought my car in for an issue that I had noticed and documented myself with photos. Service team said they "could not see the same issue" yet had no explanation for what I saw on my photos. Took it to another Chevy dealer who immediately confirmed what I had saw and fixed the car. Went back to Diamond and did eventually get a refund but no apology for the incompetency.
