Sales rep only wanted to talk to my dad(so that he could manipulate him) and kept avoiding my questions for numbers. Literally watched him walk halfway to the finance dept door only to do a 180 and walk right back. Said the finance manager was busy with another customer but on our way out we looked in and saw that he was alone. Lack of professionalism. Doesn't seem to care about their customers. Don't recommend this dealership.

Finance manager ducks phone calls and refuses to get in contact with people even tho his sales people have left multiple notes and I have left multiple messages, not sure what’s going on here but they had to fire their GM and a few employees not to long ago so I’m assuming some shady stuff! Gonna get to the bottom of it!

While not a terrible dealership, its operating off older sales methods that don’t work anymore. Manager of the GMC area is smug and condescending. Getting a quote is like pulling teeth, communication loops and often results in “when can you come in to talk”… people don’t have 6 hours to negotiate anymore. I called another dealership that had a quote ready in under an hour and they fought for my business. The only bright part of the experience was Mike Boucher, the sales rep. Really stand up guy.
