I strongly advise against using this store for insurance replacements. The 'shop' itself, if you can even call it that, is dirty, incredibly cluttered with personal artifacts, and filled me with anxiety, especially compared to the professional experience I’ve had at Diamonds International. They promised they could replicate my lost engagement ring at a lower cost for insurance, but they failed to even match the basic width and depth of the original band. Nir, Danny and the Team at the Diamond Centre are amazing!! As we were from WA we visited the store and with Nir’s help my engagement ring was designed exactly as we wanted and much more I absolutely love it. And it was no trouble arranging to have the ring shipped over once it had been made. Which Nir and the team made sure the final product and delivery date was keep a secret at my partners request. Don’t believe this store when they promise to match a lost ring for insurance purposes for less cost compared to the original store. They might get close but if you are trying to replace an engagement ring that matches a wedding ring or anything like that they will not replicate it exactly. So glad I pushed for a payout from Diamonds International and NRMA accepted so that I can get an exact match again at the same price I originally paid.
Nir and Danny Toren are absolute legends and I highly recommend them for any jewellery requirements!
