Rude when we drove up and the inside hade half done and half not wiping the inside dash off. Changing my radio station.
I want to add that with other competition, such as the new Gate Carwash locations that I know many are going with as well as other full service like Diamond, you would think they'd do an outstanding job.
My boyfriend was quoted $105 for an oil change, tire rotation, fuel injection and fluids check. After all was said and done they charged him $176.51. They have dishonest customer service practices. We would like a refund of at least $71 for their dishonest practices.
this place has gone downhill over the years. try to support local, but this isn't the spot to do it. staff are abrasive and rude and it takes forever to get someone to come to the desk to ring you up. time to find a new place. update: after watching the manager argue with another customer and refuse to give her the owner's name - I posted this review. my mistake for not waiting until our car was done. the same manager must have immediately saw my post and started to become irate and argue with me in the shop. it's so sad to ... read more

Just left there! Rude! Wanted to charge me $10 to put in the air filter that I didn’t have when I got my oil change. I’m at Jiffy Lube now having it done for free. When I told him “never again” he followed me to my van screaming have a nice day and yelling there’s other places. That’s the one thing he was right about
