My Escalade’s engine failed on the side of the highway due in part to a recall. I worked with Dan Blash throughout the repair process, and he was very helpful. Dan coordinated the repairs and provided an adequate replacement vehicle while the engine was being replaced. I was also reimbursed for the towing expenses. Overall, despite the situation, it turned out to be a good experience.
