nice spot and they do the job well done
Extremely disappointed with the service. I have brought my cadillac here a few seperate times and there has always been at least one issue. Yesterday I brought it in for scheduled appointment to do a inspection and a tire rotation. An hour and fifty minutes later i asked for my keys and said id take the car elsewhere. Within 3 minutes my car was back, the invoice stated tire rotation not done due to time constraint. It is a little excessive to wait almost 2 hours for a tire rotation when youve scheduled a appointment.
Albin took care of my services I needed and also future services needed. He is a very nice young man and a pleasure to do business with.
I highly recommend it. I bought my Silverado from the salesman Felipe, a great salesman from the beginning of the service until the delivery of the truck, always providing confidence and correct information in the service. The store also has good managers that I met through the sales. Look for Felipe, he is a great professional. 🤝
