I tried to like this place, but more than once I have tried to make an appointment for my truck for a recall and then the day before they say “ we have to cancel because we just do not have the Available technicians and time on our books” and say they will call back in 24 hours for a reschedule. I’m still waiting a year later for the first call back. Terrible customer service
Just bought a new buick at this dealership. Real easy, in and out. Ask for Alex. The man is good. He is very knowledgeable and made the process easy.
