Called in to have my new 2025 Escalade IQ looked at for having multiple warranty issues addressed that would take more than a few hours to diagnose/fix and was told they don't have loaners available and it's $50 per day to rent from Enterprise. This dealership is a bad representation for a great American product. Now I have to bring my vehicle to another Cadilac dealer that's 30 minutes further than the closest one.
I tend to buy all of my Cadillacs (and I’ve had many) from CarMax (sorry Cadillac but your new cars will always be out of my budget 😅) but occasionally things go wrong and I need to bring it to the dealership where CarMax can’t help. I recently had an issue with the air conditioning in my Cadillac XT6 on what was one of the hottest week's of the year. I went to Diamond's service Dept.to see if they could tell me what was the cause of the problem. I spoke with Aimee Barnes and explained that it was working fine the night before. She asked me for my car key's and brought my car right in to see if they could look it over for me.
