My sister got a diamond bracelet from them, they told her the appraisal is ready. When she got there, they did not have it, but she picked up her bracelet as they said they will send it when its ready. They took a photo of her bracelet and she later received the appraisal which included the photo which was taken infront of her. Proper appraisals are done with the appraiser having the piece of jewelry infront of them to evaluate. This was done through a photograph of the bracelet. No other certification was provided.
